How We Got Started

System4 IPS was founded in 2005 by Chris DiNapoli and Steve Brogno, who saw a problem every facility manager knows well: inconsistent cleaning crews, missed schedules, and a different vendor for every service. Chris and Steve built System4 IPS around one idea: give facility and property managers a single partner they can count on to show up, communicate, and get the job done right, night after night. That idea grew into one of the most trusted commercial cleaning and facility management companies in Southern New England.

New Ownership, Same Commitment

In 2026, Harrison Bert and Max Bertman took over leadership of System4 IPS. They brought 14 combined years of experience in financial services and sales and clear goals: be stewards of the legacy Chris and Steve built, protect the reliability our clients already count on, while investing in the people, training, and technology it takes to serve even more facilities across RI, CT, and MA.
