System4 IPS works with small, individually-owned cleaning corporations. If you have a Certificate of Incorporation, and Federal Tax ID Number, that's great! Move to STEP #2. If not, here's how to start. Select your state and then click Federal Tax ID Number OR hire a service provider to handle all the paperwork:

Send an email letting us know you have your Certificate of Incorporation, Federal Tax ID Number and signed the Affiliate Application. We will reply to you as soon as your account has been created and approved. Start receiving new clients.
Commonly Asked Questions
How soon are you going to give me a new account?
There is no specific timeframe to determine exactly when a new account will be assigned to you. It all depends on how soon our sales people close the account in your territory. It could be a week, a day, a month. As soon as we win the account, you will be notified.
How much money will I be making per month?
The amount of money you receive per month will depend purely on the value of the accounts you service.
When will I be paid?
You have the option to be paid 2X per month: mid-month and end-of-month. The mid-month payment amount varies. It is dependent on the date the customer pays. You can set up direct deposit or have your checks mailed to you.

Have a backup plan if you are sick or going on vacation
Access issues? Contact your Operations Rep ASAP if you are unable to access an account due to key or alarm issue.
Know paper product supply levels. Let the customer know when things are running low.
Check your monthly statement as soon as you receive it. If there are questions or issues, contact the office ASAP.
See something, say something.
If you notice anything out of the ordinary when servicing the account, contact the Operations Rep.
Mistakes happen. Call office immediately to report if you damage or break customer property.
Before changing service day, notify customer in advance.
Be aware of Holiday Schedule. Don't assume an account is open/closed without confirming.
Remember to label your equipment & supplies. If there’s a change out or client termination, your belongings are clearly marked. Misunderstandings are avoided.
