Do NOT Let This Happen To You
5 Ways To LOSE An Account
Failure to secure the building
When a customer hands you the key to their business, it is the same as handing you the key to their home. They entrust that you will set the alarm and lock the door as if it was your own personal residence. Failure to do so can result in a termination. Please remember to keep the keys in your pocket at all times. This will also prevent you from locking yourself out of the account.
Failure to show up on a scheduled service day
If for any reason, you are unable to service an account on a scheduled day, you must notify the customer of the situation and make other arrangements. If you have an emergency situation after business hours, you need to notify the customer as soon as possible
on the next business day
Failure to notify the customer if something gets broken while providing the cleaning service
Most customers are very understanding if something is accidentally broken or damaged. Failure to let the customer know
can result in a termination.
Failure to notify the customer of a crew change
Customers want to know who is inside their business after hours. They do not want their key passed from one crew to the next. If you make a crew change, let the customer know about this.
Failure to prevent loss of a key to the account
If you lose a key, notify the customer immediately. Hopefully, the customer will replace it without calling a locksmith to change the locks. If they call a locksmith, you are responsible for the expense.
